Order Processing

Every AvClock Device is hand-built to order in the United Kingdom. After your order is confirmed, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your device is dispatched. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

UK Delivery

UK orders are shipped via a tracked courier service. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 1–3 business days. Delivery timescales are provided by our carrier and are estimates only; we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

International Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are dispatched via a tracked international courier service. Estimated transit times vary by destination but are typically 5–14 business days after dispatch. Some remote destinations may take longer.

Customs & Import Duties — Important

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, you (the buyer) are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country upon import. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are entirely outside our control. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure of potential charges. We are unable to refund customs fees, and we cannot mark packages as "gifts" or under-declare their value.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and will be shown before you complete payment.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this to monitor your shipment with the carrier. If you have not received your dispatch email within 10 business days of ordering, please contact us at [email protected].


Returns

Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your device, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right to cancel, notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and a statement that you wish to cancel.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned Devices must be:

  • In their original, unused condition, showing no signs of damage or modification.
  • Returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any diminishment in the value of the Device caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, buyers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned Device, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We will refund the original product price plus standard outbound shipping (if charged). We will not refund any express or premium shipping upgrades.

Faulty or Damaged Devices

If your Device arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the fault;
  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue.

For confirmed faults or transit damage, we will arrange a return at our expense and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Devices that have been modified, damaged, or show signs of misuse;
  • Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery;
  • BYOC software subscription fees for periods already elapsed.
